1 – Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it if you’ve changed your mind. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Please note: Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where an incorrect item was sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).
2 – Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and fairness, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Promotional or discounted items
• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
• Gift cards
• Items purchased using a discount coupon
3 – Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please check your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve the situation by offering a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
4 – Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need the same product in a different size, color, or variation, please return the original item and place a new order for the preferred option.
Once we receive your returned item, the process will be completed within 10 business days.
5 – How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, send an email to info@nuvelii.com with the following details:
• Order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos (if applicable, in the case of damaged or defective items)
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Please do not send any items without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.
6 – Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider or bank.
